Lemon Tours: Travel operations · MallorcaOne system, four products: website, admin and partner web apps, and a guide app for a tour company running since 1986.Role: Lead designer · 2023 · Designer: Vishwas J KashyapLemon Tours ran tours, bookings and users across scattered third-party tools. I led the design of a full suite to bring it in-house: a responsive booking website, admin and partner web apps, and a mobile app for guides.

4 products in one system: website, admin, partner, guide app

−30% booking completion time (client-reported)

What I did

Led the full design lifecycle with junior designers, a PM and developers

Ran competitive analysis and mapped journeys for each of the four personas

Designed booking, scheduling, dynamic pricing and user management

Designed a guide app for real-time check-ins, schedules and location-aware alerts

Created email templates and managed developer handoff across time zones

OutcomeAdmins ran tours without external platforms and guides picked up the app with little training. The client reported booking time down by about 30%.All work · Vishwas J Kashyap, Senior Product Designer
